Life at WeDo

Life at WeDo is never boring. We’re serious about the work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Who says we can’t do a brilliant job and have some fun along the way?

And we like to think that people come to work with us, not for us. It’s a bit of a democracy around here. Our monthly group-wide meetings give everyone the chance to have a say and help drive the WeDo ship in the right direction. Got a great idea, or even half an idea? We’re all ears. The only bad ideas are the ones you don’t tell people.

Plus, we love a staff do – at least twice a year, all teams from across the group come together to hear business updates and celebrate our success.

Each office gets involved in the local community. In 2023, members of Team WeDo took part in a range of events to raise money for charity, including Tough Mudder and Sheffield 10K. We sponsored Manchester Remembers, a football match which raises money for charities set up following the Manchester Arena terror attack, as well as donating to Christmas campaigns run by Shelter and Mission Christmas.

Every year, our incredible team take part in events like Tough Mudder, Sheffield 10K, Strictly Best Foot Forward, Pretty Muddy, and more. We match individuals and teams up to a certain amount raised each year.

We support working parents by helping reduce the cost of childcare. If you choose a nursery setting for your childcare, you can enjoy reduced tax and national insurance contributions via this scheme.
